    Order Processing & Shipping Confirmation
    All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours unless an item is out of stock or oversold. (Orders received Monday through Friday before 1pm EST will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.) We will notify you via email when your order is completed and shipped along with your UPS tracking number(s).

    DC Sales Tax

    6.00% Sales Tax is applied to orders shipping to Washington DC.



    Return Policy
    Unopened & Unused Product:
    Unused product still in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days from the order date. We will gladly pay for the return shipping, however we cannot refund the original shipping cost. In order to receive return authorization, please follow these steps:

    Contact info@experienceM.com within 30 days after the order date. Include your name, shipping address, contact telephone number, order number and the item/items you wish to return.

    We will email you a Pre-Paid Shipping Label with instructions for shipping the return. This label must be used in order for us to pay for return shipping. (We do not reimburse costs for returns we receive using other shipping methods.)

    When we receive the return shipment we will process a full refund for the cost of the products. (We can only process returns to the same payment method or credit card used to purchase the items.) Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged & Defective Product:
    Claims for damaged & defective items must be made within 72 hours after receiving an order. We will gladly replace the product free of charge. (Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items.)

    Contact info@experienceM.com within 72 hours after receiving your order. Include your name, shipping address, contact telephone number and order number. Be sure to list the product and describe the damage or defect.

    We will immediately send a replacement to you at no cost along with a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item to us.

    Exchanges:
    We do not offer exchanges for returned products.
     
    Processing of Refunds:
    We will issue a full refund for the cost of items after we receive and process your return. (Original shipping costs are non-refundable.) A refund will be credited to the same credit card used to purchase the order. If a gift certificate was redeemed to purchase the order, a credit to your account will be issued for the amount of the refund.
