MXCLUSIVE REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

MXclusive Rewards Program
It is the MXclusive member's responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding MXclusive Rewards, outlined below.
RULES CONCERNING MXCLUSIVE REWARD POINTS
• Only registered members can participate in MXclusive Rewards and earn Reward Points. Members earn 1 Reward Point for every dollar spent for purchases completed online at www.experienceM.com. Points are not awarded until the order has been processed and shipped.
• Reward Points can be redeemed and applied as full or partial payment on future purchases. Redeeming 20 Reward Points = $1.00 USD. Points can be redeemed for merchandise and E-Gift cards only. Applicable Sales Tax and Shipping Fees do not qualify for award redemption.
REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
• M LLC reserves the right to terminate MXclusive Rewards, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of Reward Points already accumulated.
• M LLC may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Reward Points required for reward redemption or change the number or type of reward offered. M LLC will have final decision should any disputes over MXclusive Rewards or the awarding of Reward Points arise.
• M LLC reserves the right to terminate a member's MXclusive Rewards' account and cancel accrued Reward Points if M LLC believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to M LLC.
• Any MXclusive member who fails at any time to earn Reward Points for a period of fourteen (14) months is subject to termination of his or her membership and forfeiture of all accrued Reward Points. See above rule for more detail.
• Reward Points earned by a member in two or more different accounts cannot be combined to redeem any award. Points are non-transferable.
• Members are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in MXclusive Rewards. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees are not included in the program.
• Inquiries regarding the MXclusive Reward Points assigned to a completed order must be submitted via email within 14 days after the reservation date in order to be considered for review by M LLC.
